You have spent years holding space for everyone else.
Who holds it for you?
For nonprofit leaders, founders, project managers, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers navigating burnout, transition, and the quiet question of who they are beyond their role.
Background
"After 20 years in the sector, I know this world from the inside."
Not helping people change — but helping them stop escaping who they already are, so their work can finally come alive.

Hello, I'm Anita Gagovska
Not fixing. Not advising. Accompanying.
My approach draws on Gestalt psychotherapy, business psychology, and two decades of sector experience. It is not a programme. It is a relationship — built over time, going as deep as needed.
"Sustainable change begins with being fully what you already are — not escaping into who you think you should become."
Being heard fully
Before anything else — you need a space where your full reality can be present. Not the version you present to your board. Not the version you write in annual reports. The real one.
Separating person from role
The most difficult — and most necessary — work. Discovering who you are when you are not being the leader, the founder, the changemaker. What remains when the title is removed.
Building from what is true
Not reinventing yourself. Not performing a new version of growth. Finding what was always there — and building your next chapter from that ground, not from fear or exhaustion.

Is this for you?
You know the language of wellbeing.
You just can't apply it to yourself.
You have advised organisations on resilience. You have written funding proposals about sustainability. You have held your team through crises. And quietly, privately, you are exhausted in a way that a weekend away doesn't fix.
Most support available to people like you was designed for the corporate world. It doesn't speak your language. It doesn't know the specific grief of a funding cut, the weight of carrying a team's morale, or the strange loneliness of being a leader in a mission-driven space.
I work specifically with nonprofit leaders, founders, and social entrepreneurs — because this world requires someone who has lived it, not just studied it.

It Is For You If
"The most dangerous moment for a changemaker is not failure. It is success — and realising you have no idea who you are beneath the mission."
- From 20 years of working in this sector
— You are considering leaving your role but don't know who you are without it.
— You have tried coaches or therapists who didn't understand your world.
— You feel something is empty, but the organisation still needs you to be strong.
— Your title has become your identity — and that frightens you.
— You are asking whether what you are doing still means what it once did.

I'm Here to Help
I know this world because I lived it.
I spent more than 20 years as a nonprofit leader — building organisations, navigating funding crises, carrying teams through uncertainty, and experiencing firsthand what this sector does to the people who love it most.
It was through my own encounter with Gestalt psychotherapy that I began to understand something that changed everything: the exhaustion I was carrying was not about working too hard. It was about the distance between who I had become in my role and who I actually was.
That realisation shaped everything that followed — my training as a Gestalt psychotherapist, my master's research in business psychology on nonprofit leader wellbeing, and the way I now work with people in this sector.
I am not a neutral professional who has studied your world from the outside. I am someone who has sat exactly where you are sitting. That is not a marketing claim. It is the only reason this work is possible.
A conversation costs nothing.
The first step is a 30-minute conversation — no commitment, no agenda. Just an honest exchange to see whether working together makes sense.
"I only work with a small number of people at a time. This is intentional. The work I do requires genuine presence — and that has limits."
I work with clients primarily in English. Sessions are available online and occasionally in person at European locations.
